At this time of the year, it common for many of us to feel the Winter Blues, otherwise known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD).  Recognizing how this and other forms of anxiety may be affecting you is one of the first steps in getting help. It’s also important in a multi-residential community like ours, to pay attention to your neighbours and check in on how they are doing.  Even little gestures, like saying hello in the hallway or holding the elevator door can go a long way in putting a simile on someone’s face.  For other helpful tips, check out the video below and remember, we’re all in this together!
