This will bring you into the landing page of the website for your building. In the top right corner, there's a login drop down. Next, click on the drop down and enter the resident login page. There are two very important pieces of information that you will need in order to register successfully. The first is your email address, which will serve as your username. This needs to match what we have on file. The next is your registration code, which you can get by email at contact us at GW mlra.com or by calling our one number service at 1-833-330-7030. Once you have your registration code, click here to register and follow the on screen prompts. Enter your first name and last name and then the registration code followed by the email address you entered earlier. Next, it's time to create a password using a combination of alphanumeric and one special character. Now confirm your password and answer one security question from the drop down menu. When it comes to your privacy, it's important to know that we will never share your email address with anyone for for any marketing purposes. You only hear from us with important community information such as notifications of a water shutdown for elevator service disruptions. In this video, we provide step by step instructions for how to conveniently pay your rent online. From the main page, start by searching and selecting your community.
In the top right corner, you'll see login, enter your email address and password and click on login. You have now arrived at your personal dashboard, where you can view all your account information. To pay your rent online, you need to select Set Up payment account from the menu tab. To add a bank account, you will need to enter your account information which can be found on a standard check or your bank statement. We provide a sample showing where you can find the transit information and account number. Next, add the name of your bank and any notes that you want to put in such as rental payments. Once complete, press save. Now that we've linked your bank account, we're able to set up an auto pay account to make monthly automatic payments. Go to the second tab where it says auto pay enter the start date, which should be the first of the month, we recommend that you leave the End Date field blank. You can change this whenever you wish to stop using the auto payment feature.
Next, enter the amount you wish to pay each month and click Next. You will now get a confirmation asking you if you have set up this recurring payment. Once you select accept, the system will then trigger automatic payments starting at the first of the month that you have chosen. And that's it. You're done. You have set it and can now forget it. To make a one time payment, follow the same steps and choose one time payment. Choose the payment amount from the drop down menu and enter the amount you wish to pay and click Next. And the system will send you a confirmation, asking that you confirm the amount. Click Accept and you're done. It's that easy. You'll notice there are two options here, you can either submit a new maintenance request, or check on the status of a previous request that you have submitted. Today, we're going to submit a new request. The first step is to select the maintenance request category. Now tell us where it is located, and a bit about belief. You can also enter any special access instructions in this section. For example, it's important to tell us if we are allowed entry. If you answer No, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit your home. If you say yes, we know that you are allowing us to enter your suite. Also, be sure to tell us if you have a furry friend so that we can take precautions. Finally, consider adding an image or even a video of the issue that needs attention. This way, our maintenance team knows what they should be expecting. When you're finished with this section, you're ready to submit your request. Congratulations, your time, our team will be contacting you within 24 to 48 business hours to take care of your maintenance request.
